Terms and conditions of sale

1.1 This agreement is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (the "Consumer Code"). The contract covers the sale of movable goods between NATURLIFESTYLE Srl, registered office at Via Brescia 41 M – 25065 Lumezzane (BS), tax code and VAT no. 03522970981, and the consumer (the "Customer"). The contract is concluded when NATURLIFESTYLE Srl accepts a purchase proposal submitted by the Customer over the internet on the website www.naturlifestyle.it, in the manner described in article 3 below.

1.2 These general terms of sale, and in particular the information referred to in art. 52 of the Consumer Code, remain valid and effective until amended or supplemented by NATURLIFESTYLE Srl. Any amendments take effect from the date they are made public and apply to sales made from that date. The latest version of the general terms is the one published on the website.

The sale prices of the products shown on the NATURLIFESTYLE Srl website include VAT and any other tax.

Delivery charges are indicated on the NATURLIFESTYLE Srl website.

Payment for products purchased on the NATURLIFESTYLE Srl website can be made through three reliable and secure options: credit card, cash on delivery, advance bank transfer.

Credit card — When paying by credit card, upon completion of the online order the relevant bank authorises payment of the purchase amount, which is charged to the card. The information provided is handled so as to guarantee the complete security of the transaction. If the order is cancelled, the full amount is refunded once the Customer communicates by phone, fax or email the bank account details for the credit note.

Cash on delivery — The order is paid directly to the courier on delivery, in cash or by bank cheque made out to NATURLIFESTYLE Srl. Cash payments are accepted only for amounts below € 1,000. This method carries an additional handling fee, clearly indicated in the order summary, and is available only for shipments within Italy.

Bank transfer — Clicking "Complete order" finalises the transaction with no further steps. The order summary and the details needed for the transfer are sent by email. Bank details: NaturLifeStyle srl, via Brescia 41, M-N 25065 Lumezzane (Brescia) — IBAN IT48Q0306954681100000001353.

The transfer must be made within 3 working days of the order, quoting the order number, the order date and the Customer's first and last name in the payment reference.

The order is processed once the transferred amount is received, or as soon as confirmation of payment is received. After making the transfer, a copy of the transfer or the CRO (bank transaction code) must be sent to NATURLIFESTYLE Srl by fax to +39 030.5785092 or by email to info@naturlifestyle.it. Without the CRO, NATURLIFESTYLE Srl waits for the ordinary bank crediting times, which are added to the stated delivery times.

Couriers vary according to distance and carrier conditions. When products are in stock, delivery takes between 48 and 96 hours from actual payment (credit card) or from receipt of the bank CRO (bank transfer). If goods are not available, NATURLIFESTYLE Srl will communicate delivery times, considering that manufacturing takes 10 working days.

If the courier does not find the recipient, the Customer may collect the goods from the warehouse indicated on the notice left by the courier, within 7 days at no extra cost. After that period the goods are returned to the sender and the Customer bears the additional shipping and storage costs.

On receipt of the goods the Customer must check the seals of the packaging. In case of anomalies, even suspected ones, contact NATURLIFESTYLE Srl immediately (tel. +39 030.5785026). Once the goods have been returned, NATURLIFESTYLE Srl cannot accept any claim.

NATURLIFESTYLE Srl accepts Customer orders within the limits of the quantities in stock. Acceptance of the purchase proposal is therefore subject to warehouse availability. NATURLIFESTYLE Srl undertakes to promptly inform the Customer of any unforeseeable stock shortages due to excess demand or other causes.

The rules on warranties and support for the sale of consumer goods apply to the products purchased by the Customer.

The Customer declares and warrants: (i) to be a consumer as defined in art. 3 of the Consumer Code; (ii) to be of legal age; (iii) that the data provided for the performance of the contract are correct and truthful.

8.1 The Customer may withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving reasons within 14 working days of receiving the products, by written communication sent to the registered office of NATURLIFESTYLE Srl by registered letter with return receipt.

8.2 The Customer exercising the right of withdrawal must return the products to the address indicated on the invoice, following the instructions given therein, within 30 days of receipt. Pursuant to art. 55, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal if the product has been used and the packaging is not intact, or for made-to-measure or personalised products, or products that by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

8.3 Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. NATURLIFESTYLE Srl refunds the full price paid within 30 days of receiving the products, provided the product is returned complete with all its parts and functions.

The Customer's personal data are processed by NATURLIFESTYLE Srl as data controller, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national law.

The contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute concerning the application, performance, interpretation or breach of the contract falls under the jurisdiction of the court of the Customer's residence or domicile, if located in Italy, or the Court of Brescia if the Customer resides or is domiciled abroad.
