Shipping and returns

Couriers vary depending on the distance and on the carrier's conditions. When products are available, delivery takes place within 48 to 96 hours from the actual payment of the goods (credit card) or from receipt of the bank transfer reference (CRO).

If the goods are not available, NATURLIFESTYLE Srl will communicate the delivery times, considering that the production time of the items is 10 working days.

If the courier does not find the recipient, the Customer may collect the goods at the warehouse indicated on the notice left by the courier; the Customer may collect the goods within 7 days at no additional cost. After that term the goods are returned to the sender and the Customer will have to bear the additional shipping and storage costs.

Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer must check the seals of the packaging. In the event of anomalies, even suspected ones, contact NATURLIFESTYLE Srl immediately (tel. +39 030 5785026). Once the goods have been returned, NATURLIFESTYLE Srl cannot accept any claim.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 working days from receipt of the products.

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the above term by written communication to the registered office of NATURLIFESTYLE Srl referred to in art. 4, to be sent by registered letter with return receipt.

A Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products to the address indicated on the invoice, following the instructions given therein, within 30 days from receipt of the products. Pursuant to article 55, second paragraph, of the Italian Consumer Code, the Customer will not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

– if the product has been used and the packaging is not intact;

– supply of made-to-measure or personalised products, or products which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

The costs of returning the products are borne by the Customer. Within 30 days from the date on which the products are received back, NATURLIFESTYLE Srl will refund the full price paid by the Customer, provided the product is returned complete with all its parts and functionality.
